Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and results-oriented US Career Counsellor to guide and support candidates interested in building their careers in the US markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for counselling students or professionals, understanding their career goals, and helping them choose the right opportunities aligned with their skills and aspirations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and working professionals regarding career opportunities in the US market.
• Understand candidate profiles and provide appropriate career guidance.
• Assist candidates with resume building, profile enhancement, and interview preparation.
• Explain job market trends, visa processes (basic knowledge preferred), and hiring requirements.
• Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates to track progress.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth placement processes.
• Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and updates in CRM.
• Achieve monthly counselling and conversion targets.
