Location: Kolkata II Jharkhand II Bihar
Experience Required: 1 to 5 Years
- Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through field activities, job portals, social media, referrals, job fairs, and local networks.
- Conduct initial screening and interviews of candidates.
- Coordinate with clients regarding manpower requirements and recruitment updates.
- Mobilize candidates for interviews, joining, and onboarding processes.
- Visit client locations, colleges, training institutes, and local markets for recruitment drives.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (preferred).
- Minimum 1 year to 5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or field hiring.
- Experience in bulk hiring, blue-collar hiring, or frontline workforce recruitment will be preferred.
