Job Title: HR Recruiter

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and entry-level positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and field recruitment activities.

Conduct telephonic screening and initial interviews.

Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates until joining.

Conduct field recruitment drives, market visits, job fairs, and walk-in interviews for blue-collar hiring.

Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for various frontline workforce requirements.

Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.

Ensure timely closure of open positions as per hiring targets.

Skills Required

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, and LinkedIn.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.

Strong sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.

Willingness to travel for field recruitment activities.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate in any discipline.

Preferably from CBSE / ICSE Board.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Experience in recruitment or blue-collar hiring will be an added advantage.

Own Laptop is Mandatory.

Salary

₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on skills and experience)
