* HR Recruiter + Bench Sales Recruiter (Combined Role)

## Shift Timing

* Night Shift – India

* U.S. CST Working Hours (9 AM CST – 5 PM CST)

## Location

* Remote – India

## Responsibilities

### HR Recruitment

* Source candidates from LinkedIn, Dice, Naukri, Indeed, and other portals

* Screen candidates and schedule interviews

* Coordinate with clients and hiring managers

* Follow up with candidates regularly

* Maintain trackers and recruitment pipeline

### Bench Sales

* Market bench consultants to vendors and clients

* Submit profiles to suitable requirements

* Coordinate interviews and negotiate rates

* Build relationships with prime vendors and implementation partners

* Daily follow-up with consultants and vendors

## What We Are Looking For

* Very active and responsive person

* Excellent English communication skills

* Strong confidence and negotiation skills

* Ability to multitask and work independently

* Comfortable working in U.S. night shift

* Aggressive and target-oriented mindset

* Prior U.S. staffing experience preferred

## Preferred Skills

* Experience with LinkedIn, Dice, and job portals

* Basic understanding of IT technologies

* Experience in both recruitment and bench sales is a huge plus

* Freshers with exceptional communication and confidence can also apply
