Job Description
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled, challenge-driven VMC Operator cum Programmer with deep expertise in injection molds. The ideal candidate must possess precise programming skills, excellent tool selection capabilities, and hands-on mastery of both HAAS and Mitsubishi controllers. Key Responsibilities
Programming & Operation: Write precise 2D/3D VMC programs and operate machines using HAAS and Mitsubishi controllers.
Tooling Expertise: Select optimal cutting tools, feeds, and speeds to maximize efficiency and surface finish.
Mold Making: Interpret complex drawings and manufacture high-precision injection molds.
CAD Editing: Perform basic CAD modifications/editing to optimize designs for machining.
Quality & Maintenance: Ensure components meet exact tolerances and maintain machine health.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Proven experience as an expert VMC Programmer & Operator, specifically working on injection molds.
Controller Mastery: Expert-level handling of HAAS and Mitsubishi controllers.
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and basic CAD software.
Mindset: Ready to accept technical challenges, troubleshoot on the fly, and commit to long-term growth with the company.
