Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements within the application development lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration best practices within Workday Core HCM.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues to maintain system stability.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools relevant to Workday Core HCM environments.
- Skilled in analyzing business processes and translating them into technical specifications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
