Summary:
In the role of Business Process Designer, a typical day involves closely examining current workflows to identify areas where improvements can be made. This includes working alongside various business users to gather detailed requirements and understand their needs thoroughly. The role requires designing processes that not only address immediate challenges but also incorporate mechanisms for ongoing monitoring and feedback. By continuously refining these workflows, the Business Process Designer ensures that operations become more efficient and aligned with organizational goals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead initiatives to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based application development and integration.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable business process solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex workflows and translate them into technical specifications.
- Familiarity with process automation and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on innovative and practical solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
