Summary:
As a Cloud Platform Engineer, a typical day involves designing and constructing cloud application solutions that seamlessly integrate both cloud-based and traditional infrastructure components. The role includes building and testing these solutions to ensure they meet required standards. You will also deploy infrastructure and platform environments, creating proof of architecture models to evaluate the feasibility, security, and performance of the proposed designs. This position requires a hands-on approach to developing robust cloud systems that support organizational needs and enhance operational efficiency. Strong Terraform skills: HCL coding, AzureRM provider usage, modules, variables, and remote state management (Azure Storage) for scalable and consistent IaC deployments. Ability to automate Azure infrastructure provisioning, integrate with CI/CD pipelines, and follow plan/apply workflow with reusable modules for efficient and secure deployments.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration of cloud solutions.
- Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure performance to maintain high availability and reliability.
- Document architecture designs and deployment processes to support knowledge sharing and future reference.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in cloud platform tasks.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Red Hat OS Administration, Microsoft Azure IaaS, Ansible on Microsoft Azure, Terraform.
- Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure components and their integration with on-premises systems.
- Experience in automating deployment and configuration management using scripting and automation tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud platform environments efficiently.
- Familiarity with security best practices and performance tuning in cloud-based systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in Red Hat OS Administration.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
