Role and Key Responsibilities:
- Validate, reconcile, and manage monthly invoicing, accrual submissions, and revenue realization
- Partner with Global Leaders, Finance, Operations, WFM, and Site Leaders on monthly revenue projections and commercial governance
- Identify revenue leakages, billing gaps, and operational-commercial risks; drive closure through structured action plans
- Own forecasting, budgeting, financial planning, and commercial reporting
- Design and streamline reporting structures, dashboards, trackers, and governance mechanisms for better business visibility and control
- Drive commercial analytics, insights, and performance reviews supporting strategic decision-making
- Support transformation and process improvement initiatives focused on governance, automation, and operational efficiency
Key skills & knowledge:
- Strong experience in commercial operations, finance governance, revenue assurance, FP&A, or business finance within BPM/ITES
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills
- Strong exposure to Excel, reporting, forecasting, and business analytics
- Ability to work with global stakeholders in a fast-paced, matrix-driven environment

Graduate
