- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Security.
- Strong knowledge of access control mechanisms and user role management within enterprise systems.
- Experience in designing and implementing security policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive information.
- Ability to analyze security risks and develop mitigation strategies aligned with organizational standards.
- Familiarity with integration of security features in custom software development projects.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving security-related issues in complex software environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP Security.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
