- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely and quality delivery of software components.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Kubernetes.
- Experience in container orchestration and management using Kubernetes.
- Strong understanding of cloud-native application deployment and scaling.
- Familiarity with infrastructure as code and automation tools related to Kubernetes environments.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize distributed systems running on Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of networking, security, and storage concepts within Kubernetes clusters.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Kubernetes.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
