Project Role Description : Create interactive interfaces that enable humans to understand, interpret, and communicate complex data and insights. Wrangle, analyze, and prepare data to ensure delivery of relevant, consistent, timely, and actionable insights. Leverage modern business intelligence, storytelling, and web-based visualization tools to create interactive dashboards, reports and emerging VIS/BI artifacts. Use and customize (Gen)AI and AI-powered VIS/BI capabilities to enable a dialog with data.

Summary:
As a Data Insights and Visualization Practitioner, a typical day involves designing and developing interactive interfaces that help users explore and comprehend complex datasets effectively. The role includes preparing and refining data to ensure that insights are accurate, timely, and actionable. Throughout the day, you will create dynamic dashboards and reports using advanced visualization tools, enabling clear communication of data-driven stories. Additionally, you will integrate emerging technologies to enhance user interaction with data, fostering a deeper understanding and facilitating informed decision-making across various teams.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective visualizations.
- Continuously explore and implement innovative visualization techniques to improve data storytelling.
- Maintain and optimize existing dashboards and reports to ensure high performance and usability.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting in their professional development.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- Strong skills in data wrangling, transformation, and preparation to ensure data quality.
- Experience in designing and developing interactive dashboards and reports that communicate complex data clearly.
- Ability to leverage AI-powered visualization capabilities to enhance data interaction and storytelling.
- Familiarity with web-based visualization tools and techniques to create engaging user experiences.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data trends and translate them into actionable insights.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (BI).
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
