Additionally, the advisor develops and implements cutting-edge technology assets tailored to specific industries or business functions, collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure successful transformation initiatives.

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic discussions with clients to align technology solutions with business goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and project contributions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform advisory services.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Retail.
- Strong knowledge of enterprise platform architectures and integration strategies.
- Experience in technology cost optimization and value realization techniques.
- Ability to develop and implement industry-specific technology assets.
