Job Description 

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate to join our team in the Manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving digital transformation through Industry 4.0/Digital Operations initiatives. This is a full-time position with a commitment of 100%, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead and drive digital transformation initiatives in the manufacturing sector using Industry 4.0 principles. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement digital operations strategies. 

• Analyze and optimize manufacturing processes through the application of advanced technologies and data analytics. 

• Provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior team members. 

• Stay updated on the latest trends and innovations in Industry 4.0 and recommend actionable insights for business improvement. 

• Ensure alignment of digital strategies with overall organizational goals and objectives. 

Experience & Qualifications 

• Education: Master’s Degree in a relevant field. 

• Experience: Between 6 and 8 years of professional experience in digital operations, manufacturing, or similar roles. 

• Demonstrated expertise in Industry 4.0/Digital Operations technologies and methodologies. 

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. 

Work Environment
