Responsibilities:

• Implement and support Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions. 

• Manage provisioning, authentication, and authorization flows. 

• Work with containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes). 

• Configure and maintain federation protocols (WSFED, SAML 2.0, OAuth2). 

• Administer and troubleshoot directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, OpenDJ, SunOne). 

• Support lifecycle management products (SailPoint IdentityIQ, MS FIM/MIM). 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve system, user, and environmental issues. 

• Document processes and contribute to operational excellence. 

 

Required Skill Sets: 

Strong IAM concepts (Provisioning, Authn, Authz, User Flows). 

Experience with containers and Docker. 

Strong federation concepts (WSFED, SAML 2.0, OAuth2). 

Good LDAP knowledge and hands-on experience with directory servers. 

Identity lifecycle management experience (SailPoint IdentityIQ, MS FIM/MIM). 

Basic understanding of networks, platforms, browsers, and operating systems. 

 

Good-to-Have Skills: 

• Experience with Active Directory, OpenDJ, or SunOne Directory. 

• Exposure to ADFS or ForgeRock OpenAM. 

• Familiarity with CI/CD or DevOps practices. 

• Strong troubleshooting skills for system, user, and environment issues. 

• Prior experience in operations teams.
