Summary:
In the role of Security Architect, a typical day involves designing and establishing a comprehensive cloud security framework and architecture that aligns with organizational objectives and performance standards. This includes meticulously documenting the deployment of cloud security controls and overseeing the seamless transition to cloud security-managed operations. The position requires continuous evaluation and refinement of security measures to ensure robust protection and compliance within a dynamic cloud environment, while coordinating with various stakeholders to support business needs effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of security strategies that align with organizational goals.
- Facilitate communication and coordination between cross-functional teams to ensure security objectives are met.
- Mentor and support junior team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SailPoint IdentityNow.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security principles and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing identity and access management solutions.
- Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Familiarity with security frameworks and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ.
- This position is based at our Kolkata office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
