Inviting applications for the role of PD, Billing Specialist!
In this role, The Senior Order Management Billing Specialist will provide high-level operational support to the Sales teams. Main responsibilities are to work closely with the Sales Support and Purchasing Teams to upload priority and complex orders into SAP, manage backorder reports, sales order management, forecast management and assist with client queries and escalation management. Additional duties are (but are not limited to): assist the Order & Billing Manager with workflow management, cross-training, system testing, work instruction review, and special projects as directed

Responsibilities
•    Responsible for billing set up and management.
•    While Metronome is handled by Client, the creation and review of invoices is highly manual.
•    Develop and present invoice (Oracle NetSuite, custom invoicing, manual uploading to Accounts Payable tools, Manual invoice creation)
•    High volume of manual adjustments due to multiple factors (incorrect information on front end, Purchase Order issues, order form, customer complexity and lack of uniformity/higher customization across customers)
•    Interact with both internal and external customers to assist with problem
•    Billing case management, where we get customer 's billing related issue
•    Knowledge of Reconciliation
•    Stand in as second in charge in the absence of the Order & Billing manager
•    Assist with End Period co-ordination activities (end of month, quarterly, and year end)
•    Assist with distribution of daily workflow activities
•    Assist team members with escalations and problem resolution as required

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
•    High School/GED 
•    US Genpact
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
•    Experience in End-to-End complex order processing in a B2B sales environment
•    Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities
•    Strong attention to detail
•    Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
•    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
•    Experience with SAP or Salesforce will be highly regarded
