As a Program or Project Management Representative, a typical day involves overseeing the delivery of business and technology outcomes for assigned programs, projects, or contracted services. This role requires utilizing established tools, methodologies, and processes to ensure that service level agreements are effectively delivered, monitored, and controlled. The position demands continuous coordination and alignment with various stakeholders to maintain project progress and address any challenges that arise, ensuring successful execution and fulfillment of commitments within the defined scope and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among diverse groups to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to maintain quality and timelines.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Functional Test Planning.
