Job Description

Senior EBS Techno Functional Consultant

As a member of the Support organization, your focus is to deliver post-sales support and solutions to the Oracle customer base while serving as an advocate for customer needs. This involves resolving post-sales non-technical customer inquiries via phone and electronic means, as well as, technical questions regarding the use of and troubleshooting for our Electronic Support Services. A primary point of contact for customers, you are responsible for facilitating customer relationships with Support and providing advice and assistance to internal Oracle employees on diverse customer situations and escalated issues.

1.    Oracle R12.2 EBS Functional consultant with strong functional knowledge of AP, AR, GL, FA modules.
2.    Have worked extensively on India Localization and GST.
3.    Define priorities, Write functional specifications and coordinate developments with technical team.
4.    Test and train the users regularly, communicate to the users the status of the enhancement.
5.    Report activity to the management and collaborate with functional support in other zones to share information.
6.    The position’s primary responsibility will be to interface with key stakeholders in the client organization to effectively support task assigned.
7.    Excellent understanding of full project life cycle and Oracle Implementation methodologies including AIM, OUM.
8.    Excellent client management and communication (written and oral) skills.
9.    Best practices in promoting code to instances.
10.    Basic Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL.
11.    Basic Knowledge of tools like SQL Developer, Toad, Putty, version control systems.
12.    Strong team players who value the success of the team as highly as their own personal success.
