🎯 Your Key Responsibilities:

• Design High-Impact Creatives: Design engaging social media posts, ad creatives, carousels, banners, thumbnails, posters, and brand assets.
• Create creatives optimised for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Build Powerful Brand Identities: Design logos, brand guidelines, marketing collateral, presentations, pitch decks, brochures, and campaign materials.
• Maintain consistency across multiple client brands.
• Support Video & Content Teams: Design YouTube thumbnails, podcast artwork, reel covers, event creatives, and promotional graphics.
• Collaborate with video editors and content creators to produce visually compelling content.
• Create Performance Marketing Assets: Design high-converting ad creatives for Meta Ads, Google Display, and lead generation campaigns.
• Understand conversion-focused design principles.
• Use AI to Supercharge Creativity: Work with AI-powered tools like:
• ChatGPT
• Canva
• Photoshop
• Illustrator
• Blend AI efficiency with strong creative thinking.
