Role Generative AI Lead

Were looking for passionate and skilled Generative AI Leads to join our GenAI team If you enjoy building intelligent applications with Large Language Models LLMs creating advanced chatbot experiences and designing autonomous agentbased systems we want to hear from you

Youll work at the forefront of Generative AI leveraging frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph to build smart scalable solutions that can automate tasks across the enterprise operations

Key Responsibilities

Build finetune and deploy LLMpowered applications chatbots agents RAG pipelines

Design and implement autonomous agents using frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph

Integrate AI into realworld tools to automate workflows in data pipelines

Collaborate with product and data teams to deliver practical highimpact AI solutions

Write clean scalable Python code to manage prompts chains memory and orchestration logic

Stay current with emerging GenAI technologies conduct rapid prototyping and contribute to researchbased development

Build microservices or APIs to serve AI models and integrate with enterprise systems

Ensure responsible AI usage through data handling best practices privacy and ethical design

Platform Engineering Leadership

Architect and govern enterprise data platforms lakehouse warehouse streaming vector databases

Guide teams on LLMOps MLOps AIOps practices

CICD for AI

Model prompt versioning

Evaluation monitoring and drift detection

Partner with engineering and security teams to ensure

Reliability performance and resilience

Data privacy access control and compliance

Cost governance for GenAI workloads

Team Leadership Capability Building

Mentor and guide Data Engineers AI Engineers

Establish architectural standards reference patterns and accelerators

Build organizational capability in

GenAI Agentic AI

Semantic modeling analytics engineering

Responsible enterprise AI practices

Foster a culture of innovation engineering excellence and continuous learning

Stakeholder Client Engagement

Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders product owners and clients

Translate ambiguous business problems into clear AI first solution architectures

Lead architecture reviews technical deep dives and executive presentations

Influence decision making at program portfolio and client leadership levels

MustHave Qualifications

Proficient in Python and familiar with GenAI concepts

Experience or strong interest in LLMs chatbots or agentic AI applications

Handson knowledge of at least one GenAI framework CrewAI LangChain LangGraph etc

Willingness to learn and experiment with new models and frameworks

Understanding of data engineering automation use cases

NicetoHave Skills

Experience deploying applications on AWS Azure GCP or Snowflake

Familiarity with retrievalaugmented generation RAG embeddings or vector databases

Understanding of model evaluation prompt engineering or system design for GenAI apps

Exposure to containerization Docker Kubernetes and CICD for AI apps

Background in model safety ethics or AI observability is a plus
