Ornate Jewels is a premium jewellery showroom known for its elegant designs, quality craftsmanship, and exceptional customer experience.


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Call existing & potential customers from company database.
  • Inform customers about offers, schemes, new collections & events.
  • Generate showroom walk-ins and follow-ups.
  • Maintain call records & update CRM.
  • Handle customer queries politely and professionally.


Candidate Profile:

  • Good communication skills.
  • Customer-friendly & persuasive approach.
  • Experience in telecalling / retail / jewellery preferred.
  • Comfortable with targets and follow-ups.
