Job Description
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to lead our Calicut operations.
This is not a desk job.
You will be responsible for store sales, lead conversion, and project deals in toys and children’s play equipment.
If you can’t handle targets, don’t apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage TooTwo Toys showroom sales
- Convert incoming leads into high-value play equipment projects
- Handle walk-in customers, telecalling leads, and follow-ups
- Conduct Zoom meetings and client presentations
- Understand customer requirements and close deals confidently
- Coordinate with design team for quotations and execution
- Maintain daily reporting and pipeline tracking
What We Expect
- Strong communication and closing skills
- Ability to handle both retail + B2B/project sales
- Target-driven mindset (non-negotiable)
- Minimum 2+ years in sales (preferred)
- Leadership ability to manage and grow the store
