Job Description
recruits, trains, and manages a team of agents, primarily in insurance or finance, to drive sales revenue and meet business targets. They are responsible for agent training, performance monitoring, and implementing sales strategies to increase market penetration.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Team Building: Recruit new agents and build a productive agency pipeline.
- Training & Mentoring: Train agents on product knowledge, sales techniques, and market trends.
- Sales Target Achievement: Set, monitor, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly business targets.
- Performance Management: Monitor agent productivity, provide coaching, and hold regular meetings to review goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree
- Experience: Usually 2–7 years in sales or business development.
- Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and sales data.
