Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Digital Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, managing online inquiries, and converting prospects into customers through effective digital communication and sales follow-up.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle sales inquiries received through online platforms, website, email, and social media
  • Generate and qualify leads through digital channels
  • Follow up with potential customers and convert leads into sales
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products/services
  • Maintain sales records and update CRM or lead tracking systems
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and performance goals
