Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations using Tally. The candidate should have strong knowledge of GST, taxation, and statutory compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally Prime.
- Record purchase, sales, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Perform bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.
- Prepare GST invoices, e-way bills, and e-invoices (if applicable).
- File GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and reconcile with GSTR-2B.
- Handle TDS calculation, deduction, and return filing.
- Manage vendor and customer ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow reports.
- Coordinate with CA for audits, income tax, and annual compliance.
- Maintain inventory and stock records (if required).
- Ensure compliance with all accounting and taxation regulations.
