Job Description
Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer to manage on-site execution of wall and ceiling works. The role involves coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for wall, ceiling, and partition works
- Ensure execution as per drawings, specifications, and project timelines
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labor teams
- Monitor material usage and manage site inventory efficiently
- Conduct site measurements and prepare progress reports
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards
- Resolve on-site challenges and maintain smooth workflow
- Liaise with clients, architects, and project managers
Requirements
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
- 1–4 years of experience in interior fit-outs, gypsum works, or ceilings & partitions
- Strong understanding of site execution and drawings
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple sites/projects
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
