Job Description

Telecaller / Client Relationship ExecutiveLocation: Lalru, Punjab

  • Job ResponsibilitiesCall potential customers and explain our financial products & services.
  • Follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns.
  • Assist clients in opening Demat & Trading Accounts.
  • Guide customers through the KYC and account activation process.
  • Maintain daily call records and update CRM.
  • Resolve basic customer queries over phone and WhatsApp.
  • Coordinate with the Relationship Manager for successful client onboarding.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through regular follow-ups.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
  • Candidate RequirementsMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass (Graduation Preferred)
  • Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred).
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Internet & WhatsApp).
  • Positive attitude, confidence and willingness to learn.
  • Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Banking, Insurance or Financial Services will be an added advantage.
