Job Description


Freedom Employability Academy Teachers are responsible for improving students’ spoken English, communication abilities, confidence, and employability skills to help them become job-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct spoken English and communication skills classes

Improve students’ speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills

Organize interactive activities, group discussions, and presentations

Guide students in interview preparation and personality development

Maintain attendance and student progress records

Prepare lesson plans and training materials

Motivate and mentor students

Manage online or offline classrooms effectively
