Job Description
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Associate Consultant to join our growth-focused team at SubsidyNexus. You will be the backbone of our advisory process, helping MSMEs and large industries unlock government incentives, grants, and financial benefits. This role is perfect for someone who loves deep-diving into policy data and translating complex regulations into business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Case Assessment: Conduct preliminary eligibility checks for clients under various State and Central government schemes (e.g., PMEGP, PSI, CLCSS).
- Documentation: Prepare high-quality Detailed Project Reports (DPR) and financial projections for bank loans and subsidy applications.
- Liaison Support: Coordinate with government departments (DIC, MSME-DI, Banks) to track application status and resolve queries.
- Research: Stay updated on new industrial policies, green energy incentives, and financial amendments to provide proactive advice to clients.
- Client Management: Act as the primary point of contact for documentation gathering and process updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or Business Administration (b.com). M.Com or MBA is a plus.
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (for financial modeling) and PowerPoint.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to read through lengthy government GRs (Government Resolutions) and extract relevant data.
- Communication: Fluent in English and Marathi,Hindi for effective liaison.
