Job Description
Quadra Spaces is looking for a confident, disciplined, and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to prospective clients and property owners, generating leads, scheduling meetings and site visits, maintaining customer records, and supporting the sales team.
We are looking for someone who communicates well, has basic computer knowledge, and is willing to learn. Discipline, punctuality, reliability, and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential. Candidates should be self-motivated, professional in their approach, and comfortable working in a target-oriented environment.
Prior experience in telecalling or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
