Roles & Responsibilities

Connect with students and parents through calls, follow-ups, and direct interactions

Explain the company's courses, programs, and learning solutions in detail

Conduct counselling sessions and field/home visits for interested customers

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable academic programs

Generate and convert leads into successful admissions/enrollments

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and support

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation is Mandatory

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply

Strong communication and interpersonal skills required

Passionate about sales, counselling, and customer interaction

Candidate should have a personal laptop

Working Days: Tuesday to Sunday

Weekly Off: Monday (Fixed)

Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00/9:30 PM
