Account Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accountant Associate to support the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the company. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting policies and statutory requirements.

• Key ResponsibilitiesRecord and maintain daily financial transactions in accounting software.
• Prepare and process sales invoices, purchase bills, receipts, and payments.
• Reconcile bank statements, cash accounts, and vendor/customer ledgers.
• Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
• Support GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Verify expense claims and ensure proper documentation.
• Assist in payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and records.
• Coordinate with auditors, vendors, and internal departments as required.
• Perform data entry and other accounting-related administrative tasks.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field (B.Com preferred).
• 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping practices.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally, Busy, Zoho Books, or similar.
• Understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation regulations.
• Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
