Accountant/ Accounts Executive

About the Job:

• We are looking for a reliable Accountant/Accounts Executive who can manage daily accounting for our wholesale and retail electrical business. The candidate must be experienced in Tally (Tally ERP / Tally Prime) and comfortable handling inventory, ledgers, and daily entries.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain day-to-day accounting in Tally ERP / Tally Prime
• Update sales, purchase, cash, bank, and expense entries daily
• Manage all ledger accounts
• Handle inventory entries (stock in/out, item creation, stock audit)
• Generate and manage GST invoices
• Reconcile bank statements
• Maintain credit/debit ledgers of customers and suppliers
• Coordinate with the sales, and warehouse teams for accurate entries
• Assist in data preparation for ERP implementation
• Prepare basic accounting reports

Requirements:

• Must have hands-on experience with Tally ERP or Tally Prime
• Knowledge of ledger creation, inventory, sales/purchases, and GST basics
• Minimum education: Diploma (Accounting) / Graduate preferred
• Must be honest, punctual, and good with numbers
• Experience in retail/wholesale, trading or manufacturing business preferred
• Comfortable working from the office at Aishbagh, Lucknow
