Job Summary

We are seeking a proac.ve and highly organized Associate Project Manager to join our Research & Analy.cs division. In this role, you will be the bridge between research objec.ves and technical execu.on. You will oversee the deployment of research projects on digital plaDorms, ensuring that every tool, server, and survey logic func.ons perfectly before and during the data collec.on phase.

Key Responsibili:es

• End-to-End Project Oversight: Manage assigned research projects through onlineproject management and data collec.on tools. You will be responsible for theproject’s health from setup to comple.on.
• Technical Quality Control (Bug Tes:ng): Rigorously test online projects to iden.fyand document bugs, logic errors, or user experience issues. You will ensure thesurvey or research tool is "glitch-free" before going live.
• Server & Service Monitoring: Ac.vely monitor for server issues, plaDorm down.me,or service interrup.ons. You will coordinate with technical teams to resolve theseissues promptly to avoid project delays.
• Sampling & Data Valida:on: Supervise sampling methods to ensure the rightaudience is reached. Verify and organize incoming data to maintain the higheststandards of accuracy and integrity.
• Timeline Management: Ensure all project milestones are met by following definedprocesses and managing resources effec.vely.
• Stakeholder Repor:ng: Provide regular updates to senior management regardingproject status, technical hurdles, and data quality metrics.Requirements
• Educa:on: Graduate in any discipline (Freshers with a leadership mindset areencouraged to apply).
• Technical Proficiency: Strong comfort level with online soUware and web-basedtools. Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking is required.
• Problem-Solving Skills: A "detec.ve" mindset to find bugs and a "fixer" mindset tosolve server or service-related issues.
• APen:on to Detail: Excep.onal ability to spot inconsistencies in data or technicalworkflows.
• Communica:on: Clear and concise wriXen and verbal communica.on skills forinternal repor.ng and team collabora.on.
