We are looking for an energetic, responsible, and result-oriented Assistant Operations Manager who can independently manage our Distribution Centre (DC) and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Procurement & Market OperationsPurchase fresh Fruits & Vegetables from local wholesale markets.
• Negotiate prices and maintain supplier relationships.
• Ensure procurement of high-quality produce at competitive rates.
• Maintain daily purchase records and procurement reports.

Distribution Centre Operations:

• Manage the complete day-to-day operations of the Distribution Centre.
• Supervise receiving, grading, sorting, washing, packing, and dispatch operations.
• Ensure FIFO (First In First Out) inventory management.
• Monitor stock availability and minimize wastage.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Cut Fresh Operations:

• Supervise the production of Cut Fresh and Ready-to-Eat products.
• Ensure quality, freshness, and shelf-life management.
• Monitor production planning according to daily demand.

Order Fulfilment:

• Ensure timely order processing and dispatch for:
• Blinkit
• Flipkart Minutes
• Instamart
• Lulu Hypermarket
• Zepto
• Spencer's
• Other Retail & B2B Customers
• Maintain high fill rates and on-time deliveries.

Quality Control:

• Conduct quality inspections at every stage.
• Reject damaged or substandard produce.
• Ensure accurate weighing, grading, and packing.

Team Management:

• Lead warehouse staff and delivery teams.
• Allocate daily responsibilities.
• Monitor attendance, productivity, and discipline.
• Train staff on SOPs and operational standards.

Inventory & Reporting:

• Maintain stock accuracy.
• Monitor inward, outward, dump, rejection, and shrinkage.
• Prepare Daily MIS reports.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, and Procurement teams.

Delivery & Logistics:

• Plan delivery routes.
• Ensure vehicles are loaded accurately.
• Monitor dispatch timelines.
• Resolve delivery-related issues immediately.

Compliance:

• Follow company SOPs.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ensure operational compliance with customer requirements.

Required Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Good knowledge of Fruits & Vegetables.
• Experience in procurement from wholesale markets.
• Knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
• Good communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and inventory software.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

• Eligibility: 12th Passed & Above
• 1 years of experience in Fresh Produce, Fruits & Vegetables, Warehouse Operations, Supply Chain, Modern Trade, or Quick Commerce.
• Experience in handling Blinkit, Flipkart Minutes, Spencer's, BigBasket, Zepto, or similar platforms will be preferred.
• Salary: ₹9,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Shift: Morning Shift (Operations-based timing)
