About Anna Shree

Anna Shree is a farmer-led brand focused on bringing high-quality, natural, millet-based, and value-added agricultural products directly from farmers to consumers. We are building a trusted brand through digital marketing, storytelling, and innovative campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and grow Anna Shree’s presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

* Create engaging posts, reels, stories, and short videos.

* Write attractive captions in Hindi and English.

* Design social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.

* Coordinate product photoshoots and shoot behind-the-scenes content.

* Create festival, product launch, and campaign content calendars.

* Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.

* Research trending hashtags, reels, and social media trends.

* Collaborate with the marketing team for product promotions and campaigns.

* Maintain a monthly content plan and posting schedule.

* Track social media insights and prepare weekly performance reports.

Required Skills

* Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

* Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

* Canva, CapCut, VN, or similar editing tools.

* Basic photography and mobile videography skills.

* Creative mindset with attention to detail.

* Interest in agriculture, rural entrepreneurship, FMCG, or D2C brands is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications

* Undergraduate or postgraduate student in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, Design, or related fields.

* Freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply.

Performance Indicators (KPIs)

* Minimum 20–25 quality posts per month.

* Minimum 12–15 reels per month.

* Consistent growth in followers and engagement.

* Timely execution of campaigns.

* Weekly analytics and performance reports.
