Managed end-to-end due diligence and verification processes for bank loan applications.
Verified financial documents, including bank statements, salary slips, GST records, ITRs, and other supporting documents.
Coordinated with field executives, bank branches, and applicants to obtain required information and complete verifications within TAT.
Prepared accurate verification and due diligence reports based on document and field verification findings.
Identified discrepancies in applicant information and escalated high-risk cases as per bank guidelines.
Maintained MIS reports, case records, and status updates in the internal portal.
Ensured compliance with bank policies, SOPs, and confidentiality standards.
Handled professional email communication with banks and internal teams for document requests, report revisions, and case updates.
Monitored case progress to ensure timely closure and high-quality reporting.
