Job Description
We are looking for a Billing & Tendering Executive responsible for managing project billing, tender documentation, cost estimation, and accounting coordination for construction and interior projects. The candidate should ensure accurate billing, tender submissions, and financial documentation as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Billing & Invoicing
Prepare client invoices, RA bills (Running Account Bills), and final bills for construction and interior projects.
Verify work completion reports and BOQ quantities before billing.
Coordinate with site engineers and project managers for billing approvals.
Maintain proper billing records and documentation.
Follow up with clients for payment collection and billing clarifications.
2. Tendering & Documentation
Prepare and submit tender documents for government and private projects.
Analyze BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and prepare cost estimates.
Handle online tender submissions (GeM, e-procurement portals, etc.).
Maintain records of EMD, tender fees, and bid documents.
Coordinate with management for pricing and quotation approvals.
3. Accounting Support
Maintain project-related accounts and expense records.
Coordinate with accounts department for GST invoices and tax compliance.
Track project profitability and cost control.
Prepare financial reports related to project billing and payments.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and project teams.
Maintain daily reports of billing status and tender submissions.
Support management in financial planning and project budgeting.
Required Skills
Knowledge of construction billing & BOQ preparation
Experience in government tender portals and documentation
Basic knowledge of GST billing and accounting
Good skills in MS Excel, Word, and accounting software (Tally preferred)
Strong communication and documentation skills
Qualification
B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred
1–5 years experience in construction, interior, or infrastructure company
