🔹 Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed new business and renewal targets through assigned partner bank branches.
Provide end-to-end sales and service support including sales call closures, documentation, medical coordination, and proposal follow-up for faster policy issuance.
Ensure timely renewal premium collections while delivering superior customer service.
Maintain daily activity logs, lead follow-ups, closures, and actively participate in events such as Bima Bazaars and branch-level meetings.
Promote company products and strengthen brand presence within the assigned branch cluster.
Build and nurture strong relationships with bank staff; support branch-level brand initiatives.
Organize exhibitions, customer meets, and cluster engagements in coordination with supervisors.
Submit daily MIS reports and performance updates to reporting managers.
