Job Description

Job Title: E-Commerce Builder & Sales Manager (Immediate Joining)

Company: Sports Line-Kreedum (Lucknow)

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 / month (Fixed Base + High Sales Incentives)

Experience: 4 to 5 Years

The Role in Short: We are a top sports and fitness brand in Lucknow looking for a smart, hardworking manager who can build our online business from the ground up. You will launch our website, run our Amazon account, and set up new sales channels. Perfect English is NOT required—we care about your e-commerce knowledge, your AI skills, and your ability to generate sales from scratch.


What You Will Do (Your Daily Work):

  • Build From Scratch (Website & New Channels): We need someone to start our digital presence from zero. You will build and launch our direct website using Shopify (no coding required). You will also set up and manage WhatsApp Business, IndiaMART, and any other channels to bring in new sales.
  • Manage Amazon & Marketplaces: Run our Amazon Seller account top to bottom. Upload products correctly, run ads, and fix blocked accounts or brand registry issues.
  • Use AI to Work Faster: Use our internal, free AI tools to write product details, do research, and speed up daily tasks. You must be smart at giving AI the right instructions (prompts).
  • Connect the Systems: Ensure that every online order (whether from Shopify, Amazon, or IndiaMART) correctly matches our internal stock and billing software.


Who We Are Looking For (Requirements):

  • Experience: 4 to 5 years of real, hands-on experience in e-commerce. You must be confident enough to build a Shopify store and set up B2B/B2C sales channels completely on your own.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong practical skills in using AI tools for daily business.
  • Location: Preference is given to Lucknow natives, but talented, hardworking candidates from outside the city are highly welcome to apply!
  • Mindset: Polite, loyal, and looking for a long-term job where your salary grows as you hit online sales targets.


Optional But Highly Preferred (Bonus Skills):

  • Content Creation: While not strictly required, we highly prefer candidates who know how to take clear photos, make short videos (Reels/Shorts), and update social media to drive more traffic to our new website.
