Job Description

1.Assist customers with banking products and services such as loans, and credit facilities

Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

2.Analyze customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions

3.Process loan applications and support credit assessments (if applicable)

4.Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently

5.Collaborate with other departments to improve service delivery and operational performance

6.Strong knowledge of banking products, procedures, and regulations

7.Excellent communication and customer service skills

8.High level of accuracy and attention to detail

9.Proficiency in banking software and Microsoft Office applications

10.Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
