Business Development Manager (BDM)
Job Purpose
Business Development Manager ka primary role naye customers generate karna, partnerships develop karna, aur qualified leads ko sales pipeline me convert karna hai.
Key Responsibilities
* Builders, developers aur real estate companies ke saath tie-ups banana.
* Housing societies aur apartment projects me marketing activities organize karna.
* Architects, contractors aur property dealers ke saath referral network develop karna.
* BTL activities jaise canopy camps, society activations aur exhibitions conduct karna.
* Telecalling aur field sales team ke saath milkar lead generation badhana.
* Customer meetings aur site visits arrange karna.
* Qualified leads ko design team ko handover karna.
* Sales targets aur conversion ratio monitor karna.
* Daily, weekly aur monthly MIS reports submit karna.
* Local market aur competitors ka analysis karna.
Skills Required
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Leadership ability.
* Field marketing aur business development experience.
* CRM aur MS Excel ki basic knowledge.
* Customer relationship management.
Preferred Experience
1–5 years ka experience in:
