Team Leader

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader with strong CRM software knowledge to manage and lead a team effectively. The candidate will be responsible for team performance, customer relationship management, reporting, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations through CRM systems. CRM proficiency is mandatory for this role. CRM Team Leaders are typically expected to monitor team performance, handle escalations, maintain customer data, and ensure proper CRM utilization.

• Key Responsibilities:Lead, motivate, and manage team members to achieve daily and monthly targets.
• Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback.
• Ensure proper usage and maintenance of CRM software.
• Track leads, customer interactions, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM.
• Generate and maintain performance reports and MIS.
• Handle customer escalations and resolve issues efficiently.
• Coordinate with management and other departments for smooth operations.
• Conduct team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain accurate customer and business data in CRM.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and quality standards.
