Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to convert qualified franchise leads into successful business partners. This is a high-ticket sales role where you will guide entrepreneurs through the complete franchise buying journey—from the first consultation to agreement signing.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Franchise Sales, Business Development, High-Ticket Sales, or B2B Sales.
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi & English.
  • Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
  • Experience closing investments of ₹10 Lakhs or more is preferred.
  • Comfortable using CRM, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Business, and Zoom/Google Meet.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Handle warm franchise enquiries received through Meta Ads, website, WhatsApp, and referrals.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand the prospect's investment capacity and business goals.
  • Present the franchise business model, investment, ROI, operations, and growth opportunities.
  • Conduct Zoom meetings and face-to-face presentations.
  • Handle objections confidently and build trust with potential franchisees.
  • Follow up consistently using CRM until closure.
  • Negotiate and close franchise deals.
  • Coordinate with operations and onboarding teams after deal closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and daily sales reports.
