Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to manage accounting operations, taxation, statutory compliances, financial reporting, and corporate advisory services. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of company incorporation, regulatory compliance, and financial management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incorporation and registration of Private Limited Companies, LLPs, OPCs, and other business entities.
• Manage ROC filings and ensure compliance with Companies Act requirements.
• Prepare and review financial statements, balance sheets, and MIS reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Conduct tax planning and provide advisory services to clients.
• Manage audits, assessments, and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with government authorities, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure timely filing of annual returns and statutory reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and financial documentation.
• Provide financial and compliance consultation to clients.
• Assist in business structuring, compliance management, and corporate governance matters.
• RequirementsQualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• Strong knowledge of Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, and corporate compliances.
• Experience in company incorporation and regulatory filings.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and compliance deadlines.
• Preferred Experience1–5+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in consulting, taxation, compliance, or corporate advisory firms will be preferred.
