Medical Representative (MR)

Job Summary

A Medical Field Representative is responsible for promoting pharmaceutical products and medical devices to doctors, hospitals, clinics, pharmacists, and healthcare professionals. The role focuses on increasing product awareness, generating prescriptions, building strong professional relationships, and achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.

• Key ResponsibilitiesVisit doctors, clinics, hospitals, and pharmacies on a regular basis.
• Explain product features, benefits, dosage, and clinical advantages.
• Promote new medicines and healthcare products.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, stockists, and distributors.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Organize product presentations, CMEs, and doctor meetings.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
• Collect feedback from healthcare professionals and report to management.
• Ensure product availability at chemists and hospitals.
• Submit daily call reports, sales reports, and territory updates.
• Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in B.Pharm, D.Pharm, B.Sc (Life Sciences), Biotechnology, or related field.
• Freshers may apply; experience in pharmaceutical sales is an advantage.
• Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
