Job Description
Experienced Chinese Chef required for restaurant kitchen. Top priority skills: excellent wok tossing knowledge (mandatory), preparation of momos, spring rolls, noodles, fried rice, Manchurian, chilli dishes, gravies, starters, sauces, and fast Chinese counter operations. Must maintain taste consistency, speed during rush hours, hygiene standards, prep management, stock control, and basic food costing knowledge. Only experienced candidates preferred; freshers and part-timers avoid.
