Civil Sales & Project Executive

Required skills-

We are looking for Diploma holder/B.tech in Civil Engineering(preffered)- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales and or civil project execution.- Proficiency in Auto CAD for creating and understanding project drawings.- Good knowledge of construction practices and material handling.- Proficiency in using Gem Portal & India Mart for lead generation.- Excellent communication and negotiable skills.- Willingness to travel outside Lucknow for client meetings and project work.

Key Responsibilities-

1-Generate leads and acquire clients through direct sales, India Mart, GeM portal, and other channels.

2- Meet schools, builders, developers, and institutions to pitch sports infrastructure projects.

3- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders by preparing proposals, quotations, and presentaions.

4- Oversee site work from start to finish , acting as a site in-charge when required.

5- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and labour teams to ensure timely completion.
