Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and monitor day-to-day civil construction activities at the site.
- Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control of civil works.
- Verify measurements, bills, and material consumption at the site.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and statutory regulations.
- Manage site resources, including manpower, equipment, and materials.
- Maintain site records, progress reports, and documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues related to civil works.
- Support infrastructure maintenance and improvement activities at the facility.
- Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, and Operations teams for project requirements.
